Modular Jungles would be nice. But like variation’s for different planets. Like felucia, naboo, tatooine, Kashyyyk to name a few.

Podracing + more Overgrown Arcology/Shadow Lands stuff would be amazing. We've already got so much jedi stuff and as someone who doesnt run a star wars game those things have very limited uses. It seems jedi/sith stuff is getting the most votes but it would be nice if there is also a non force related result that gets made.

I'm not sure how it would work for a map unless it had fallen over but the ancient walker on Skara Nal (Bad Batch S2E5) could be unique as well.

It overlaps with some or the temple or ruins ideas but Rakata or Zeffo inspired maps/assets could be neat.
