I believe I signed up on April 4th at Tier 3 and then upgraded to Tier 5 on April 7th. I'm pretty sure but just checking, I'm gonna miss this pack today but I can receive it on May 14th? Do I have to do anything special to receive it then? Thanks!

You should read the FAQ, where Aroma answers this question specifically. "Q: If I joined on the 1st of the month will I still get the rewards for last month? A: No. Patreon will only charge you if you joined in the month before. If you join on the 1st of a month you will qualify for the rewards of that month. So if you join on the 1st of April you will qualify for the April rewards, not the March rewards."
