well i got an email that said it will release on the 16th

So from what I'm understanding, -all- of the Haley content IN ADDITION TO all of the Emily content should be releasing today, yes? Yet at the top of the page it says payments were paused AGAIN until August 1st. That's two months of paused payment in a row. I hope everything is okay.

Mmm do you read FAQ before post this comment? :D You sub in March and get March pack on April 14th Pack with Haley and Emily takes me two month to draw and I dont charge patrons for May Now you got charged for May pack which will release on in June What's wrong? You got big 2 month pack for $10 If you unhappy with that I can make refund for you

It seems like most of these comments are being ignored and everyone is getting the “Read The FAQ” response, but I’m genuinely disappointed by the fact that I subscribed for the May bundle within the deadline but instead I’m getting whatever is coming June/July? I’m not sure why, exactly, you have this system outside of wanting people to spend more money for past work, but new or returning subs getting screwed over for the art they were excited for doesn’t seem like a great business model 🤷🏻‍♂️

So I went and checked my PayPal receipts to be sure, my pledge to your page was included in the big payment I pay out on the first of April. If I’ve understood your FAQ correctly, that means I joined your page before the first and it charged me on the first. I remember rushing over here after your second Abigail post and subscribing then so I should have been in time. I’m unsure what to do now as I don’t really want to up my pledge for a reward I thought I already paid for.
