Liv had time to see two more soldiers help Arjun get, Chandrika and Elenda back into the corridor, and then she focused on ending the fighting. An extra comma after get.

Tarrim

I think your view does have some points in it's favor. But I think the Eld understandably do not want to give their life extension techniques to people who treat magic like the Lucanians do.

Jake

Given the real life historical relationship between field slaves and house slaves... Yeah, I'm not super impressed with some of the patronizing attitudes expressed by the Eld towards humans. And if the field slaves are going to bob their heads and agree with everything the house slave says so they might get the chance to work in the proverbial big house... eh, not good.

Tarrim

I suspect he is playing the long game. I'm pretty sure he wants the eld to be a part of the guild in the long run. Him showing he kept their secrets helps show the guild is a trustworthy partner. Liv should definitely try to bring her family on board before she shares elden secrets. However anyone she goes on repeated delves will boarderline need it, so will have to be tought it regardless of her family's views. They will also theoretically be helping the war effort and so helping the eld as a whole. She should also get Jurian access, keeping him combat capable longer is too valuable with war here. And he is a reliable ally who can be the team coach so should know what they are safe doing.

Grayson

she should definately talk to her father and grandmother b/4 sharing eld info--its not hers to share...

Jacob

The problem is that the head master knows the technique as well and haven't told anyone either so from her view if the headmaster thinks it's worth keeping it secret she should as well

FuriousDee

If they agree with how magic is handled by humans they would just see the Eld keeping this to themselves as normal

Tarrim

It's a concern but if she phrases it right with the right reasoning I think her friends would understand even if they don't agree. I think most are egalitarian enough to realize there are real problems with how magic is handled in human lands.

Hibou Ronchon

Meh, every human knows you shouldn't trust humans. It's like the 11th commandment or something.

Jake

I'm not sure how many more times I'll be able to handle Liv mentioning Elden healing techniques while her friends continue to put themselves in harm's way without knowing there's a way to lessen the risk dramatically. I'm also nervous for what might happen if she does finally teach them. Telling them the knowledge was withheld from humans because the Eld don't trust them won't win her any favors in recruiting for the war effort against Ractia.
