Daivi, Syva, and Irravata are locked up. You assume Aira's support for the next 2. I disagree on Baelris, Ilmari is taking a stand on principle here I don't think he will change if Keri and Liv get together. The other elder seems willing to do as he says. She has one yes one no and an unknown vote from Asuris. Esteri is Esteri. Kellis will oppose it almost defiantly. We will see about the test and the results. Also the Veitha have yet to make an appearance. The Red Shields are unlikely to be able to vote on this question and Ideally Liv wins the vote with solid support from the Eld so no legitimacy questions.

I understand why Liv doesn't want to rely on Aira, but I think it's pretty obvious she will support her, so that's 2 houses with the builder house following Aira. Däivi and Syvä are obvious. Irvata too once Liv accepts them. Kaulris once Liv succeeds this fear test. Esteri since Liv already has the majority and they follow the majority. Bælris is likely to support her if she takes Keri as her Daiverim, because even if Keri's father is a principled man voting against his future grandchild's mother would be weird. Her barons will obviously follow her and the Red Shield tribe might too to get her support for the prisoners. She could easily strong arm Kalleis because of Juhani. So that only leaves 2 elden houses and I'm not sure we've even met them yet. So she would have the majority even without Aira, but with her support she will probably get unanimous support. If Liv doesn't end this arc as the queen of all the Eld, the red shield tribe, and the north I will be surprised. Just imagining the reaction in Freeport makes me giddy. The scullion turned goddess-queen of the north.
