Yeah apparently. The project is still being fixed due to the new evidence they found of Theft of Proprietary Property from the affected artists deep within their own VN. Takes time to fix this.

From what I read they are sincere about it. I believe they are taking steps to amend the community image as well as reaching out to the affected artists. The fact that it was caught so late in production, but not late enough to rectify means that their programmer they recently fired was doing a hell of a cover up job to keep it out from under their noses.

I think to just apologise to your Patreons is not the way to go, this goes over just having to apologise for a delay. This is a situation a public apology on Social Media is needed. Simply to show the programmers of the VN from which assets got stolen from that you own up to your mistakes.
