I realize that this is also a psychological problem and that you can work with it, but I'm probably really scared. forgive me for that. this is my biggest fear - I am very much afraid of being alone and unnecessary. stupidity right? because you are here and you are all close and I feel your warmth, your support and your smile. I have been working with a psychotherapist for 1.5 years and I am proud of myself and the path that I have already gone through. and there are still a lot of things to do in which I will succeed. and in general I am more or less ready for difficulties.
I try very hard to keep my emotions away from people because I'm afraid that they might hurt or upset, but now I want to share this because I am a little more broken than usual, because I am ashamed that I am not as productive as I would like this month. due to the fact that I am nervous, I sleep a little badly, or rather, I sleep a lot and my strength has just left me. but I want to assure you that everything is fine. RUS - хай, ребят! я поделюсь немного разными новостями - как бывает часто в разных историях и фильмах - начну с невеселых новостей - чтобы в конце поделиться приятными мыслями. для начала я хотел бы сказать что еще в прошлом мае мне понизили зарплату, этого не совсем хватает для проживания, поэтому я стала уделять больше времени и внимания заказам. я напомню что я работаю колористом в компании которая делает русские комиксы. целых 1,5 года моя компания снимали очень большой фильм и 1го апреля он вышел на русские экраны. и провалился в прокате. в мае будет крупное собрание где будет решаться судьба компании где я работаю. я очень тяжело принимаю перемены. и мне действительно очень тяжело эмоционально от мысли что команда которая мне стала как вторая семья испытывает эти трудности сейчас.
кроме того начиная с января я испытывал много тревоги из-за повышения цены за лечение у терапевта и я всегда боялся что моя фирма закроется и я останусь без техники за которой я работаю. дело в том что техника на которой я рисую принадлежит фирме . и вы можете подумать что я не прозорливый и уже давно бы накопил на новую технику, но согласитесь - приятно когда есть хорошая машина которая как бы твоя потому что ты часть команды. это как кусочек доверия. на самом деле у меня есть план на этот случай и я надеюсь что мне повезет и удастся оставить у себя технику как можно дольше. многие люди что окружают меня много раз говорили мне что я должен уволиться и работать на себя, что я могу зарабатывать самостоятельно. но моя беда в том что я плохо переношу одиночество. и когда я чувствую себя частью команды частью корабля - я более целый. я осознаю что это так же проблема психологии и что с этим можно работать, но мне вероятно действительно страшно. простите меня за это. это мой самый большой страх - я очень сильно боюсь остаться один и ненужным. глупость верно? ведь вы тут и вы все рядом и я чувствую ваше тепло, вашу поддержку и улыбку. я уже 1,5 года работаю с психотерапевтом и я горжусь собой и тем путем что я уже прошел. и впереди еще немало вещей в который я преуспею. и я в целом более менее готов к трудностям.
я очень стараюсь держать мои эмоции далеко от людей потому что боюсь что они могут ранить или расстроить, но сейчас я хочу поделиться этим, потому что разбит немного сильнее обычного, потому что мне стыдно что я в этом месяце не так продуктивен как хотелось бы. из-за того что я нервничаю - я немного плохо сплю, точнее очень много сплю и мои силы словно покинули меня. но я хочу заверить вас, что все хорошо. я поделился этим чтобы извиниться перед вами если я был излишне холодным в моих ответах или был в последние месяцы немного вялым или невнимательным - спасибо что вы все еще тут.
а еще я держал мои эмоции внутри потому что я не хочу быть жалким в ваших глазах. я не люблю жалость к себе. я хочу напомнить что я клевый воин, дада! я вон сколько прошел! мало того! я тут недавно посмотрел и узнал что я за все года в моей фирме покрасил уже более 1000 страниц комиксов! это просто ничего себе. но это правда! более того! я так рад видеть так много крутых новых покровителей! это же ВАУ! но вас стало так много что мы преодолели первый гол! и я обещаю что со следующего месяца я порадую вас большим количеством разных кусочков из моего проекта. сейчас почти все мои силы в свободное время я отдаю сценарию проекта и я просто не могу перестать гордиться собой и тем как много я уже сделал. я причесал 3 небольших кусочка сценария и там осталась финальная доработка с одним близким человеком и я начну делать раскадровку основной истории. это так волнует меня и это согревает меня, но без вашей поддержки и вашего тепла я действительно не добрался бы так далеко, точнее добрался бы но намного медленней , но вы как искры что разжигают внутри огонь.

It sounds like you've had alot on your mind recently. From your lowered wages, to the increased cost of your therapist, to potentially having the company you currently work with fall out from under you. It's alot of stress, I can only imagine how you must be feeling. I don't at all consider how you are feeling about working in a team setting as a psychological problem. I work as a civil engineer irl. I can only do so much by myself, which is why I work in a team setting. The same applies with your job. The core task of your job relies on you working in a team setting, which in turn makes you rely on others, as others will rely on you. This builds bonds, even if working there for a few months. It is not unreasonable to consider your coworkers as family. So it is daunting to consider a future without said people. Just because the company doesn't work out, doesn't mean it's the end of the line for you. You've got very impressive skills, and a history to back them up. You also have networked with a lot of people in the company you are with now. Should things fail, you'd probably still work with the same people, or similar people in a new company. There's even a possibility they'd split off into a daughter company. So it's definitely not the end of the world. If anything, this would be a gateway for you to gain even more experience as well as friendships along the way. I know I'm pretty much just a random internet person. I'm pretty sure most of the people on your Patreon could say the same thing. Not many of us know the rl you, and there's nothing wrong with that! Though, it doesn't mean we don't care about you either. Patreon is people supporting the artist. We'll back you up any way we can. So don't feel down. You need that equipment? Make a new tier and people (myself included) would join it in a heartbeat. You are important, not just another artist in the pool of artists out there. You should be proud of your accomplishments. Both in and outside of work. I know we are! Don't forget we are here for you. *hugs*
