Capturable pirates are being introduced as a new mechanism to allow for an expanded crew roster. These mischievous miscreants will be able to perform the same function as regular crew, however will only last holding the idol for one day before scampering off (or, instead choose to turn them in for that sweet sweet bounty cash!)

The question is, if they escape can you run into them again? What about turning them in for a bounty, are they then no longer able to be encountered?
