I experienced that “hate is a burden to bear”. I had an unbelievably cruel boss. Even after he moved on, I allowed him to live rent free in my mind. It was caustic! I learned to let it go and it lifted a huge burden off of me.

Amen, at the highest level both are a decision. Determined in the mind to be experienced by the interactions with our surrounding community. Love heals, tears down walls, and elevates gives life to generations. Hate just kills… everything including the hater.
