You should definitely see a dentist if you haven't, these things tend to just get worse over time. If you don't have dental insurance there are often plans you can get that can be activated that same day like Carrington in the US. They're not as quite good as normal dental insurance rates of course but you can cancel them any time and have no waiting period, though only some dentists accept them. Dental insurances for that sorta thing probably change per country. Some proper dental insurances may also not have waiting periods depending on what you need done.
