It was 2012, he was hit and ended up under the car. He had been working and dancing for eight years with his shoulder torn up, just using PT and KT Tape.

End of 2020 Suga was not present in a lot of performances because in the beginning of November (3rd or 6th) he had shoulder surgery and was out of performances until he came back January 9th for the Golden Disc Awards. (Backstory: Suga had a car accident back in the day when he was a delivery boy during their trainee days and hurt his shoulder but never told the company because he thought they would kick him out. So he was just dealing with it but shoulder injuries can lead to something even worse when not taken care of so he finally got the surgery done.)
