I mention that in the beginning of the post and give background to what the actual Greek lore is :) This is a Pathfinder variant that I liked.

Hmm, the real Lamia is actually a half-woman half-snake creature. The ones in Forgotten Realms lore are actually a combination of Lamia and Lamashtu, like this one. :)
