Beggar: Choose the Concept!

There is a huge range of different ways I can portray a beggar. Young, old, sick, drunkard, etc. Choose what concept art you like most! I think any of these could make for an interesting NPC.

The poison alchemist was a close second so I will be incorporating design aspects from both.

What about a con artist that is posing as beggar to trick his marks. Perhaps he or she has one hand out begging and the orher dehind the back with a knife or club?
