Here is what we'll call "Part One" of Two on "Let's Talk Comics", the second half being a visual/text based post that I cannot release quite yet (gotta straighten out some stuff with the client first).
Super chatty, very casual, just answered them as I went on without "preparing" answers. Please enjoy, and thanks for asking questions :') Love you guys.
Additionally, here is the link to my post about income that I mention in this podcast from last week in case you missed it.

Damn thanks for sharing all of this!

This was great, Jamie! Something people don't really get is how intimidating and mentally difficult it is to be staring down a big project like this and how different it is in terms of pacing and reward/satisfaction from doing shorter comics or one off illustrations. You're doing great and you're going to keep doing great!

Take it from me, someone who didn't necessarily want to get into comic projects at all--once you start, you will totally get used to it and feel so comfortable with it in no time at all! If you already have an interest in comics, that's going to help you out a ton.

This was really great, Jamie!! I’ve been wanting to get into some comic projects here in the near future and will definitely be applying this knowledge to it. Thank you for taking the time to do this Q+A ✨
