The Women's Job - Part 2

Annah Rourke

I had gastric by-pass surgery 12 years ago and went from 598 lbs with a 70 inch waist down to 280 in 3 months eventually settling out at 320. Ocmnce there I stoped the barbaric vitamins convinced they didn't do anything ima good diet wouldn't accomplish. It almost killed me. My metabolism and blood chemistry were trash with a red blood cell count that the worst cancer patients would think I should have been dead already. Moth of iv infusion therapy and countless lectures later and I went back on those vitamins- I never wanted to be a medical pincushion again. Now 3 years later, with those vitamins I've gradually dropped to 255 and hopefully will keep it up. The " HRT " challenges things a bit especially since the body won't move excess fat cells, it simply changes were it put new ones - so desired growth abmnd shrinkage is a balancing act lose some then gain a small amount back rinse n repeate but ALWAYS with vitamins. In 2 years I've gone from a 54 waist to 48/46 my hips have gone up to 54 and I'm sporting a small b cup on a 46 inch bust. Yes most vitamins get lost down the toilet in the urine stream, but they can be a very effective tool as well.

That's good news, Brianna, Me 10m on HRT, now my skin has become baby soft like it is glowing and bouncing, and my hair fall has reduced a lot, but I don't find any difference in my nails.

Brianna Demonet

I start on biotin and my nails are stronger hair isn't as brittle or my skin is a bit softer

Every doctor I've spoken with about the subject said most vitamins are worthless. In fact, one said that while the FDA checks vitamins, they only do so to verify that they won't harm people, but never to verify whether they actually contain the stated ingredients or whether they do what they claim. In other words, many are just placebos.
