I suppose Trump would be the easy answer for #11. But as much as I dislike the man, it doesn't rise to the level of hatred. Mostly because he's so transparently grifting my ire goes more towards those who earnestly think he's "one of us." And double for those who know he's trash but support him anyway because he "pwns the libs." But my true hatred is reserved for Alex Jones. Once he went in on the Sandy Hook families and (as far as I know) has yet to even try to get his minions to back off, it could be no other.
