Twin XL Bed

If I sleep on my side my belly does spill over a little and laying on my back my arms doesn't have room to spread out comfortably nor does my legs.
I hope when i move again I can get a more spacious room that is roomy enough for a more bigger (and sturdier) bed

It barely is holding up, it creaks and bends a bit more every time I get on, plus I have place sturdy items under the bed in order to support the bed more but those cannot last too long as well.
