New Fly Video Uploaded!

I try to buy a new, crazier-than-last-year bathing suit each season...just to spice things up π I'm not sure about this one down at the beach, but it definitely worked well for this at-home workout.
I broke out my actual weights for this one, as opposed to those baby 3lb weights. This is close to the real leg workout I do a few times a week. Do it along with me...see if you survive π These weights are lighter than my normal choices at the gym. But still do the job

Itβs a pretty friggin great swimsuit for sure, but I agree, a bit too much coverage to wear down to the beach π
