Troubleshooting

To join my Discord server, you must be subscribed to my Patreon. There are no invitation links; you will automatically join through integration with Patreon.
It seems that the Patreon mobile app does not have integration features, so you will need to operate it once through a web browser.
Log in to your patron account from a web browser.
Click the "Settings" button from the navigation menu on the left.
Click on the "Connected Apps" link from the More tab in the menu bar.
Find Discord and click the "Connect" button next to it.
Enter the email address or phone number you use to log into Discord, along with your password, and click the "Log In" button.
Finally, click the "Authorize" button.
For issues on Dropbox, please provide a detailed description of the problem. If you are unable to download, try using a different browser or other methods.

I've connected, but I still don't know where I can watch the video.

Please try copying the URL and pasting it into the address bars of several browsers to attempt the download. Even if the video cannot be viewed on Dropbox, could it be that a download link still exists?

Tried this, the tab showing the connected server is still showing as "not connected"

I was having this issue too. I fixed it by disconnecting discord as a linked app and then reconnecting it. Hope this helps!

same issue - in the discord - I see the releases channel. there's nothing there.

I had the same issue. When I tried with my computer it worked.

Yeah doesn't work on another browser, it seems to be an issue with the link leading to a text channel that maybe isn't authorized.... could try setting up a permanent link I think?

Hmm I've connected on browser but it's showing the Discord as "Not Connected" in the discord connected, when I try joining from about it's going to a discord that's not avail.... I'll try on a new browser to attempt to fix it

Clicked on the dropbox link on mobile discord and it just says "failed to load video, an error occured". Will try with my PC later today

Odd, I did just as you said, but I'm already connected and authorized on my discord to patreon. I saw your discord pop up in my list, but don't see anything there besides Readme and releases, with nothing in the releases channel.
