Gen3 does have some traits unique to that particular model, just like Gen2 did with it's higher polygon count for forming some nice looking biceps and other details given up in later generations, all come with their positives and negatives you learn to or try to adapt to best you can. As for the glow, I think that was just something I did by accident back when i was playing with Talia because I still cannot replicate whatever it was with her skin tone here. It has been fun revisiting her after putting Gen3 aside for a couple years now.
