I am watching your reactions now and I am totally on the hate train for Carol and Susan but one thing I did realize is that Susan only has that much power because Carol allows it. If Carol told Susan that yes you are a part but Ross is still the father he needs to be involved she would have no other choice but to follow through. I am so annoyed watching them as well.
