Considering you found the pack through mcpedl, the screenshots on mcpedl are from java edition not Bedrockrtx as the pack is mainly for java and is converted to bedrockrtx afterwards as mentioned on mcpedl. It's not possible to achieve the same effects on bedrockrtx
