LA Fires Update
🕑 Added 2025-01-09 20:42:02 +0000 UTCDear friends, many of you were asking about our family and if we are safe giving the catastrophic fires currently blazing throughout our city, Los Angeles. We ARE safe and sound. So far, our home is unaffected by the fires. We have many friends who have been evacuated and we have been on edge for days. It feels like a new fire could pop up at any second and its worrisome to think it could be near us. But so far we are good. The air quality is bad and we lost power for a short time. But other than that, we are amongst the fortunate ones. We did not post a regular video on TikTok, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram today because it just didn't feel appropriate. However, we plan to continue our regular schedule on Saturday. And our Patreon posting schedule remains unchanged.
We love you and all and thank you for your continued support!
(And don't worry, if we have to evacuate, one of the first things I'll do is pack the wigs.)

There are a couple of ways to donate besides the obvious LA Red Cross. But much like the Hawaii fire, the real struggles will be in the weeks and months ahead when fires are put out but those whose employer is gone and are now out of work, or whose home is gone and now can’t get dressed to go to work, or the depleted fire department can’t give enough time off for the exhausted to recoop.
