The thing that really got me about Austin Butler is he lost his mom when he was 23 just like Elvis. I think it pushed him further in his portrayal. Such a rough thing to deal with. I’ve liked him in other things but this was amazing.

I’m so happy this movie has been nominated for an Oscar, it deserves it. Personally I believe this movie is the door opener for Austin Butler, sure he’s been in other movies and tv series but this was the movie that in my opinion showcased just how good of a method actor he is and how well he I guess you could say embodied Elvis. Top notch acting.

Love Elvis so much. He went really down hill when Priscilla left and the colonel took more advantage as the years went on. His song always on my mind was about their relationship. Priscilla Presley has done so much on behalf of Elvis since his death like saving Graceland and being a voice for him fighting for his legacy
