Lets not forget that the parents chose to pay for half of Ross' wedding to Emily, while at the same time having spent the wedding fund specifically setup for Monica on a beach house for themselves. The favoritism is very real here.

i dont agree with tania on this about giving all siblings the same amount. my granny financially helped my mum who was a single mum working 9-5 and made sure we'd have a roof over our heads. her other sister was married to a millionaire and they sent their kids to boarding school. if i had a child in serious need, i wouldnt let one be near homelessness, if i felt the need to give both the same and the other, the money wouldnt have made a difference
