@Elizabeth I know how it is, my mother was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer in 2019, when she was 82 and she's been on chemo ever since. More than 4 years later, she still has the cancer, but the chemo has decreased it a bit and held it at bay. My uncle had prostate cancer and decided to 'treat' it himself, which is really just as good as not treating it at all if you get what I'm saying. He lived 10 years with it without doctors treating him. Cancer is hard on everyone, not just the family member that has it. I'm taking care of my mother by myself, so I've had to quickly learn how to cook things that don't come in a can or a cardboard box in the frozen food section lol. Hang in there, and if you're a prayerful person, know that there are prayers being said for you and your father.
