First, yes I would like the original picture of last shameful "horns" of her. As for the end of her horns as scene. Well she "is" a dragon and si sold off a s whore to please others. And there is a certain dragon ogre (who to lore are arch enemies of dragons), which didn't have his go with her. He would be most certainly able and willing to break her "dragonness" completely.
