The random method is the one that does that more effectively. Vote swill always mean the few favorites keep winning forever.

I like the roulette thing better too, simply because some favorite characters keep winning forever and ever and therefore the others never get a time in the spotlight. I'd be all for having 1 chapter per character (or maybe 2 chapters per character) and then the character is out till a full rotation is complete, this way every storyline would progress, slowly, but they would.

Since the voter fraud was exposed, the culprit will just hide it better in the future. I'm in favor of rolling dice or the animation project for this month and rolling dice for future votes.

honestly roling the dice sounds like a good option. You have created so many lovely characters, but most of them never get used, democracy fails here a lot. I complained about it in the past already, so yeah dictatorship sounds great ;) . Lets roll the dice or do them in an orderly row (like by name, every char 1 episode and then repeat).

It's sad that ordinary people suffered, not the vote riggers. Separately, I think deciding what you want or deciding by dice is a fine method. Decision-making through voting requires significant costs, people, and time, and we're not the government ㅋㅋ. Going forward, if there are no major issues, the roulette method does seem appealing. I obviously like the animation, but I can see it putting quite a load on you. I hope it doesn't become too much of a burden.

I like the idea of this month being random with a dice. But the voting system has been working really well previously, I don't think you should just get rid of it. I think you should try voting again and see if this happens, and if it does you can always roll the dice. In other words, I think you should keep the voting but just roll dice if it's fraudulent. Or maybe just drop that result and go with the second highest. IMHO one bad time isn't enough to remove the voting entirley. :)
