He loves it, especially because I love it. As for working out, I do that mostly for my mental health. The plan is to keep going till I can’t or am too lazy to. I stopped working out for 3 months to let an injury heal. It was nice to have that time where I was being so lazy and doing nothing. Boy did I blow up. However, by the end I was sort of itching to get back.
