I would use an archiver like 7zip if you hve problems If the link was disabled, it is enabled now

after trying several apps, it took a 7zip unarchiver on a moble device to unpack this, however the link is disabled.

Hello! I have attempted to unpack this using multiple unzip file managers. All have failed, either being unable to do the operation or citing inappropriate file format. I have attempted this across multiple devices as well.
