Take at least 2000-5000 of vitamin D3 per day while you are sick and in winter season of low light. I also take 1000mg C and 50mg Zn. One or two tsp/day of chaga powder is helpful in juice or coffee. I like OM brand organic chaga mushroom powder. It stimulates general immune response that is very beneficial. Google is your friend. Good luck and best health to you.
