Beebee are you able to conjure mental imagery? Like when you "picture yourself on a beach" do you actually see the beach? I have aphantasia which is the total inability to conjure mental imagery and I also have poor/inconsistent memory. I can remember some things very easily but a lot of stuff just disappears until someone brings it up again. All my thoughts are conceptual, like the computer is working but the monitor is turned off.
