Found the answer and putting it here in case it's helpful to others: fishermen and master herbalists need to be adults or elders.

Just left the discord and they said that this mod "MUST be removed". Is an update coming or are you waiting for after the 7/22 release of the new pack? Or...something else I can't think of? You know we love this mod.

It may be that I can't figure out the specific needs but I can't seem to be able to assign Master Herbalist (homeless, jobless, and max herbalism skill), or Fishermen (homeless, max fishing skill).

yes I had this issue, only mod i use really is npc once i removed it they spawned the normal npcs, before that it was using my townies and it wouldn't load after I tried to leave there

Curious if anyone is having issues with the artists spawning for the sims session festival? I'm trying to figure out which mod could be conflicting but this one seems to be the issue. I just have to remove it before going to the festival and add it back afterwards? My mods list is pretty small and they all seem to be up-to-date.

Thank you for the update but will your website ever be updated from version 1.2.9 or will you only ever update just on Patreon now?
