We do have partial online database support. OpenVGDB which is an open source project as well, but it's very incomplete for newer and more obscure systems. I'm looking into other options but most are paid services.

PS1 games are not ending in my end. they would show up and then it would say “cannot find rom” with a red logo

i got same problem and i removed the app and reinstall it and now its work fine , try to import the psx file in zip file content inside it ( .cue + .bin ) per game and put it into import first

Yes I needed to import core and make a m3u file to play metal gear

Yes backbone works great here too, my metal gear, Pokémon and GTA imported the cover well

Any plans on importing cover art from online database? Also Backbone controller works great, but it qould be great if we were able to remap buttons, as backbone button brings you to backbone app

Wii says "No Cores found", not sure if intended 😅

PSX now imported in the CUE/BIN format, just BIN is apparently not supported. But they still show up as "Missing Files".

I haven't been able to import any games so far and having them show up in the list somehow :( Only 2 NES games imported but they showed up as "missing" afterwards. The other ones I tried were GBC and PSX.
