Weird neck pain, Patreon will remain paused

For almost two weeks I've had possibly a pulled muscle or a compressed nerve in my neck which hurts pretty badly, daily, but off-and-on. It's concentrated where shown above (pressure can subdue it sometimes) but when it is bad it can feel like it's everywhere. It's enough that it interferes with my regular work, and my TF work, and that's frustrating.
I think I strained it at least in part by sitting in a weird position for long times while sculpting and modeling, a really bad habit. I guess this could be a genuine TF injury, so chalk that up if so.
Aspirin works, when I don't forget. But it has persisted a bit too long and it's concerning me a bit. It does seem to be easing up, though. I probably need to just take it easy and stop trying to work like everything is normal.
This is another reason to keep the Patreon paused, continuing ongoing until I can ramp up. A bit of a setback, although I've been having some good victories in workflow and I've shared a little bit with those interested.
I have also worked on some weird creature shapes that have been fun, but it's hard to share the ones I like if I think it might spoil a future video. I really like it when someone watching has no idea what is about to happen... and some have told me they like the surprise. What do you think?

Might I suggest setting a timer on your phone. Every hour or so, the timer goes off and that'd your cue to stand up, take a break, get a drink and stretch?

For sure. It's odd because sometimes when I get on a roll with something and some part of it starts looking good to me (usually while in ZBrush), I think I get a bit mesmerized as I work on it and... the next thing I find myself laying and hanging off the side of my chair and my back and neck are totally cocked sideways and I realize it has been that way for possibly a really long time. I never do this with any design or coding work I've done. This is a totally new thing but I might have done it for a while.

Dude, I hope you feel better soon and speaking purely for myself, I would not mind you unpausing the patreon if it means you can take it a little easier and get better sooner. About the only thing I can suggest is check your posture and position when sitting and working.
