Awesome! That's probably the best way to solve it. :) I can't wait to both play your game (thanks for the tip that it is actually the game ;) ) and see all the "behind the scenes" files! OwO It's gonna be awesome to see your magnum opus take form. TvT

That's pretty much the plan! I might even release a bit of story stuff/character things - but the major "experience" won't be spoiled. I think it's important to have some of these documents available, because not a lot of people know what goes into proper project prep work! It would be very educational! BUT FULL OF SPOILERS, all the juicy big stuff too. So probably best to share game-docs and similar things afterward.
I think a way inbetween the options would be awesome. :) So that you show us some pictures / animations you've done as a teaser, but without telling us major plot twists and similar stuff, so that there's still some exploration to be had once your project releases. ;D
