Qyburn went to rest.
Wylis sat near the bed and watched Lyanna and his son sleep, wrapped in warm quilts. Other than thinking about telling her the truth, he was also planning on how to utilize those ten life points sitting in Tyrant's Squire.
The baby was pretty chunky at birth, with his light blue eyes and hair a dark shade of brown. He hadn't given a name yet, but he'd already decided on it, and also the family name he was going to use.
Ten points. He thought about it. If one point meant basic ability, then his son was born with one point in strength and one in vitality. That meant the base was already solid. His son was going to be strong and healthy, more than average folks. But at the same time, combining the ten points he had, his son would have twelve in total from birth.
Adding one point on each birthday meant his son would max out in all five categories by the age of thirty-eight. If an average human took their entire lifetime to max out two categories, what would make his son who'd max out all of them before even hitting forty?

He was starting to grasp where it all was leading him. Children absolutely loyal to him, absolutely gifted in every category. Combined with his own strength and knowledge, and also the 100% Loyalty rewards, which made him genetically superior to other bloodlines.
It was all leading him to become a respected and feared figure in Westeros.
Wylis was tempted to just allot two points to each. But he stopped, realizing that Strength and Dexterity weren't as important in the initial years of the child. Not until the age of three, at least. Nobody expected the baby to start lifting weights.

The plan was to soon spread rumors across Westeros among the women that Wylis' seed was strong, intelligent, something akin to mythical. And his son's charisma would be the final straw. A baby so beautiful, and Wylis was sure that as the baby would grow, he'd surpass his looks.
Let's keep pumping Dexterity, Intelligence, and Vitality till he's three years old, and then pump Strength till he's eight. Then bring all categories to a parity of five, and continue with strength beyond that.
He had a realistic desire. He wanted his son to be strong and intelligent.
Eventually, he fell asleep seated on that crudely made, broken chair. Supervising baby births wasn't easy, and he was going to need a lot more help. Just Qyburn wasn't enough. So, he decided to spread the knowledge of dealing with childbirth complications, making it safer for women in general. That way, no matter where he'd sow his seed, he wouldn't have to worry.

A day passed, and Lyanna proved she was one strong woman. Just a day after giving birth, she started walking around as if nothing had happened. She looked fit, looked strong, and looked even more beautiful with that glow on her face.
By all standards, she was pretty young, the same age as Wylis. So, he gave her some more care to ensure she'd grow even healthier. For now, he had no plans of putting another babe in her. Not until he had a permanent place for her to live.
"Magnus?" Lyanna eyed Wylis while holding their son in her arms. "I was thinking of something Northern."
"Like what? Bron, Jon, Brandon, the same three names repeated for a thousand years?" Wylis retorted with a sneer. "No, our son deserves to stand apart. To be remembered."
Lyanna hummed and stared at her baby's face. He looked so cute that she felt butterflies in her belly. Like the most precious thing in the entire world. Perfect eyes, cute round face, chubby cheeks. She already knew he was going to break a lot of hearts.
"What about the family name?" Lyanna asked.
"Kaiser," Wylis replied sternly, choosing to continue his past surname in this world. "I'm taking that as my family name. House Kaiser will soon be a thing. And you, Lya—Ellyn Kaiser, will be its matriarch.”
Lyanna eyed him with raised brows, big grey eyes. Something between a smile and pride lingered on her lips. "Kaiser? Hmm. It’s new to me. What is it supposed to mean?
"Emperor."
"..."
At his blunt response, Lyanna went speechless. "Emperor" wasn't a new word to her, although it had no significance in Westeros. But the meaning behind it was so grand.
"W-Wylis… Are you—"
“No, Lyanna, I’m not chasing any crown, and I never will. I swear that to you. But I do want to earn the weight of this name. Of course, we don't have to tell the meaning to anyone." Wylis proudly declared and brushed her cheek with quiet affection, then tapped the chest of the baby in her arms. "I have no desire to settle for mediocrity, even though I have no ambitions for grand titles."
"I believe you," She sweetly replied. "But... don’t forget, we haven’t sworn our vows yet.”
Wylis nodded and decided it was time to do it. Feeling nervous was unavoidable, but it was the necessary step to ensure his future.
"About that… I love you, Lyanna. As a woman, as my dearest friend, as someone I can trust, and as someone I can be myself with. I wish to make you my wife and stand by those vows as a true knight would. But before we take that step, I must speak plainly. There is something you should know… Once you hear it, you may choose another road. And if you do… I will understand."
Lyanna's brows creased, sensing something ominous. She gulped, but nodded. That was all she could do. Her mind raced to anticipate what it was. "Well? Spit it out. We've been tripping over each other for years—what could you possibly say that I don’t already know?"
"My secret."
Wylis took little Magnus from her arms and walked out of that ruined chamber in the ruined castle. He found Qyburn soon enough and handed the babe to him. Then, he grabbed Lyanna's hand and dragged her out.
As the Vulture's Roost sat near the source of the Wyl river, he took her to the nearby lake's shore so no one could disturb them. It was in the middle of a valley deep in the Red Mountains. And right there was also an old Weirwood tree, not that big, however. It still had a face carved, but not as detailed anymore.
Finally, Wylis stood still and eyed Lyanna. He measured his words carefully, planning where to even start.
"Remember that day I collapsed and the seizures took me?"
She nodded.
"Something shifted in me that day, Lyanna. For fourteen years, I was just the fat kid no one expected anything from—not even I did. Couldn't ride well, barely kept up in the stables. But then... something snapped. I don't even look like the same person now. It's strange, isn't it? Maybe it’s easier if I just show you."
Knowing that she was already 100% loyal to him, and that status didn’t change with time, he decided to be honest about it. Well, partially honest. He needed at least one person he could entrust everything to in case some emergency occurred. Someone to have his back.
Before Lyanna's curious eyes, Wylis looked towards a large boulder on the lake's shore. It was pretty big, as high as his knees, and as wide as his shoulders. It likely weighed double as what Lyanna did.
"Ha!"
Wylis didn't need to make any sounds, but he did to show that he was doing it. He focused on the boulder and then punched the air with an uppercut. In the distance, that boulder flung upwards into the sky.
BOOM!
Wylis then punched towards the boulder, and with a booming sound, it was sent flying away far into the distance, eventually landing on the other side of the lake and shattering into pieces.
"W-WHAT?!" Lyanna exhaled, gawking, her jaw hanging wide open, eyes wide in disbelief. "H-How… What was that?"
But instead of replying, Wylis continued. He thumped his feet firmly and took a fighting pose like a boxer.
Woosh!
Boom!
Woosh!
Bam!
He repeated the same thing but without stopping. Multiple boulders of different sizes, even bigger than the first one, flew in the air and got punched away. Finally, continuing that motion, Wylis leapt in the air towards the lake and slammed his right foot hard into the ground.
WOOSH!
The land shook and cracked. A shockwave went towards the lake's direction, originating from his feet. Wylis continued using his hand, this time in a slow movement, as if trying to pull something out of the lake.
And something did come out.

Amidst the grinding and splashing sounds, a bridge appeared in the middle of the lake. Three feet wide, made of earth, going from where Wylis stood all the way to the other side of the lake. That was the current peak of his abilities, which was a lot considering he was just digging a tunnel earlier.
He was sweating by the end of it, and started walking. He moved onto the bridge he'd just made and stood at its center, not wanting anyone to hear him at any cost. But he also wanted to make the bridge feel more real to her.
Once Lyanna hesitantly followed him and reached the middle, Wylis moved his hand again and created a round stone bench behind her.
"Sit, Lyanna. What I’m about to say won’t be easy to understand—and it may well enrage you." He advised her, though he loved how dumbstruck she looked. Even as she sat, she looked left and right in disbelief. It all felt like a dream. Dragons were more believable than a man moving the Earth like a toy.
"Wylis… What is all this?"
"I call this Earthbending," Wylis replied, not sitting. "At first, it was just pebbles—barely a trick. But the more I practiced, the more control I gained. Honestly, I don’t know where the limit is. One day, maybe I’ll raise a whole castle from the ground. That’d be something."
"How?"
"I can’t explain it—I just can. And it’s not just this one thing. I have access to knowledge, medicine, shipbuilding, trade, building a castle, forging a sword, aiding childbirth, concocting poisons, knowledge that would make the Citadel kneel at my feet. But it all comes at a cost. Every time I tap into this knowledge, this gift, I trade away a piece of my lifespan. That day at Harrenhal, when I was poisoned? I almost didn’t make it. To purge that venom, I gave up ten years of my life. Ten years, gone in a breath."
Lyanna was taking deep breaths, looking visibly shaken. The wind in the middle of that lake was as calming as it was numbing. She stared at him for some time, piecing together what she knew. What she'd seen. He had changed a lot from the Wylis she knew at first.
She recollected what Qyburn had said. That Wylis came up with knowledge that even a man like him coveted. She asked Wylis so many times how he knew it all. Each time he tried to change the topic.
"H-How many years have you lost in total?"
"Thirteen, maybe a touch beyond. Not more than fifteen," Wylis replied, a hint of weight in his voice as he approached the end of his tale. "But I also found a way to regain the lost years. A way… That… I don't want to hurt you, Lyanna; that was never my intention. I’ll speak it true and without flourish: I gain back a year of my life with each child I father."
"What?!" Lyanna jumped to her feet, excitement written on her face. “So, with Magnus, you actually—wait, hold on. How did you even learn about this in the first place?”
There it was. Her expressions changed to seriousness, and receiving Wylis' hard glance, she realized where Wylis was leading to. What he meant by hurting her. She fell back onto that seat, her eyes shaking. Wylis was her first, her first love as well, and her ideal husband. She had already imagined a beautiful life with him.
And before it began, she felt a deep crack form in it.
Wylis quickly sat down on his knees before her, yet eclipsing her frame, still needing her to look up. He held both her hands in his warmly and with complete honesty, looked into her eyes. "Lyanna… I owe you the truth, no matter how hard it lands. I won't hide anything. While I was out chasing down bandits, I crossed paths with a woman, Wenda, a swordswoman. We rode together, and during that time, it happened. There were no feelings, no love—just a simple need, something my mind urged me toward. With her… I found out that I can regain my lost years."
He felt her hands clench within his grasp. He gripped them tightly. He could hear her hardening breath. He knew it was hard to accept. No woman in the world could accept the man she loves taking another woman to bed. As would he hate such a thing happening to him.
"You can hate me for this, Lyanna. But I swear on my life, I don't love any of them. They may earn a corner in my mind, but my heart belongs to you." He said it, as cringy as it sounded. At that moment, it was all accepted.
"Who else?" Lyanna asked in a whisper, passing through her clenched teeth. "You said each child. Who else?"
"Genna Lannister."
"What?!"
Lyanna gazed at him in shock. Finding it hard to believe, knowing it likely happened before he became a knight. "Lord Tywin's sister?"
Wylis nodded, hiding nothing from her. “She was just as desperate as I was. After losing ten years to the poison, I was terrified something else would happen. While I was staying in Lannisport, she came to my chambers and… unashamedly asked me to put a babe in her. I saw it as a mere transaction; she received a babe, and I received a year of life."
Lyanna drank in a deep breath and sternly eyed him again. "And?"
"Queen Rhaella, but she chose to take the Moon Tea," Wylis revealed, as he was planning to do it again in the future.
"You fucked the Queen?!" Lyanna almost shouted, pressing a hand to her mouth. "What? H-How… Gods! What happened in the last few months?"
Wylis sighed and told her the entire story. From the moment he arrived at the Red Keep. How he was made a “jester” by the King, and how he was forced to fight the three Kingsguards. He even told her about his betrothal with Ashara and their subsequent physical relationship. But he broke the betrothal. He revealed what the King did to Rhaella, and that night he escaped. The night he saw the scars on the Queen's body.
"I-I… I don't know if I should be impressed or enraged. Who else?" She asked.
"A brothel owner named Chataya. I fled King’s Landing through a hidden passage that opened right into her establishment. That… That's all. Wenda, Genna, and Chataya—they carry my… babe."
There was silence for a while. Lyanna looked towards the sky, at the lake, and at the bridge she was sitting on. It felt like a miracle and a bad dream at the same time.
"Anything else that I should know?"
"I can… I can make sure any child born to me is gifted in strength, mind, beauty, and health—beyond what this world has seen.”
"And how many do you plan to have?"
That was a question Wylis didn't know how to answer. He had grand plans, and he needed to use the Shop for that. He needed knowledge and skills to become a lord and build a fief strong enough to survive centuries.
"I can't answer that, Lyanna. I don't know how many I'll need. When I was in the King’s Court, the Mad King often threatened to burn me alive with Wildfire. I was terrified. I started searching for a way to survive it. Eventually, I found one, complete immunity to fire. But it would have come at a cost, sixty years of my life. There are even greater abilities. The ability to read minds, for instance, but that one would demand one hundred and seven years. More than I’ve even got left."
Lyanna gulped. It all sounded like a mummer's tale. But, having seen Wylis move earth, she made herself believe him. "How many years do you have left?"
"Sixty-one years, five months. Magnus added another year the second he opened his eyes."
"Then, if the Mad King had tried to burn you—"
Wylis gave a solemn nod. “Even if I had saved myself from the flames, I'd only have five months left to live.”
Some worry flashed on her face. She started to shuffle through all he'd said in her mind. Remembering every detail. It was a fact that he was going to sleep with women in the future. It was a fact that he was going to sire children. Learning that one babe meant one year, she knew she alone couldn't help him.
But that didn't stop her heart from feeling wounded. She felt no shame in accepting that she was a selfish woman. She was possessive of what she liked. And Wylis was the most cherished person in her life. She didn't want to share him with anyone. She didn't want to be sidelined. She didn't want to lose his attention.
"Wylis…" She spoke. "If… If we get married. What will we be? Us? How will—"
"Nothing changes," he interrupted and replied without hesitation. "Lyanna, you're the one I cherish above all. I won’t pretend otherwise—I love you. I’ll stay true to my vows as your husband and as the father of our children. Magnus, our firstborn, will carry forward everything I build. Other women might pass through my mind, but only you have a place in my heart. You’ll be Lady Kaiser—let no one forget it."
A faint smile curved on her lips. She looked at his face and caressed it with her hand. "It feels strange, this—us. But I do love you. I can't think of waking beside anyone else, not ever. And the thought of another's hands on me makes my skin crawl. And… I feel, even if we did it like rabbits, I’d still fall short of what you need."
Wylis quickly held her face in his palm gently, shaking his head. "Don’t say it like you’re to blame. What I have with you—this friendship, this love, this bond—I wouldn’t trade it for any lord’s promise. I doubt I’ll ever trust anyone as much as I trust you. You’re the only one who knows all my secrets, and I swear, I won’t hide a thing from you. Every woman who carries my child, you’ll hear her name from me… If you choose to. Still… I can’t help but think you’re a fool, Lyanna, falling for a stableboy who can offer you nothing."
"Aye, I guess I am a fool, but I suppose the fat cock helped convince me."

Wylis was speechless for a moment. Her abrupt, blunt response knocked all the melancholy out of him. And yet again, he was reminded why he was attracted to this woman. Not just a beauty, but also a great companion. A woman who could make him laugh and hard at the same time.
Lyanna grinned at his reaction and leaned closer to him while seated on that bench. As Wylis was kneeling, she grabbed his face with both her slender hands and locked eyes with him. "Wylis—As long as you promise to never betray my trust. To never leave me. To never break my heart, I'll be yours as long as winter kisses the North."
Wylis set his large hands on her lithe waist and leaned even closer, resting his forehead against hers. "In that case, I'd say, you're stuck with me as is snow to the Land of Always Winter."
Lyanna giggled and leaned in for a kiss.
There was nothing rushed or eager in it, only warmth. Her mouth pressed gently to his, tasting his breath, savoring the feel of being wrapped up in him again. His sheer size was still a sinful addiction; kissing him always felt like surrendering. She deepened the kiss just a little, and when her lips opened, his followed.
His hands slid around her waist, pulling her closer. The kiss didn't turn messy, but it grew heavier, hotter. Their lips moved in sync, then parted, tongues meeting in slow, warm strokes that left her trembling. His mouth engulfed hers like it always did, possessive and drowning.
She could feel her breath melt away, her eyes fluttering shut without realizing it. Her arms looped up and around his neck, her body pulled flush to his chest, her face burning from the closeness.
Gods, how she missed this. Being kissed like she was his, utterly and completely.
After what felt like hours, Lyanna and Wylis broke from the kiss. They smiled at each other's faces, drinking in the heated view. Without exchanging words, both of them knew they genuinely felt for each other.
"Since we've got the Weirwood tree here, might as well get Qyburn to officiate," Wylis said, and moved to scoop one arm under both her legs and the other behind her back. With ease, he lifted her in a princess carry.
"Ah!" Lyanna yelped. "I can walk."
"I know."
She weighed nothing to him, and honestly, he wanted to do it and feel her closer to his chest. He wanted to hold Lyanna near as long as he could before heading out for the Rebellion. He carried her all the way to the ruined castle and found Qyburn there. The old man was busy rocking baby Magnus in his arms.
There, Wylis sent Lyanna to change her clothes. Although the Kingsguards had kidnapped her, they had also provided her with all she needed. As for Wylis, he didn't have anything fitting his size. He had two pairs of tunics and two pairs of breeches. Over them, he usually wore light armor.
That day, he wore a clean pair of tunic and breeches and walked back to the lake. There, in front of the Weirwood tree, he and Lyanna stood side by side, while Qyburn was nearby. Unlike Southern marriages, Northern marriages didn't require a priest. Qyburn was just there to initiate the ceremonial conversation.
Lyanna had a cloak attached to her back, and another one was prepared beforehand in Wylis' possession.
"Before the Heart Tree, Ser Wylis Kaiser of the newly formed House Kaiser weds Lyanna Stark of House Stark. Lady Lyanna, do you take this man as your husband?" Qyburn voiced, also holding the baby in his arms at the same time.
"I take this man."
That was it. Northern ceremonies were short. Only Lyanna had to make the agreement, as the marriage was already believed to be initiated by the groom. So, once she agreed, Wylis and Lyanna joined hands and knelt before the heart tree and bowed their heads. Moments later, they stood up and said some silent prayers.
Finally, Wylis turned to face her and took over her maiden's cloak, and placed the new bride's cloak around her shoulder.
With that, the wedding was over.

Wylis was overjoyed that the status changed once he married. He gained four more years. But at the same time, he was confused about the increased upper limit. If 10 was already considered peak. What would 15 make his trueborn children? Also, a trueborn received two points on each birthday. The Tyrant's Squire was clearly trying to make Trueborn and Bastards distinct.
Slightly overwhelmed by how vastly different the two statuses were, he decided to assign the Life Points later. He moved ahead with the final part of the wedding ceremony.
Now, the customs said that he was supposed to carry her to the feast, but it was just the three of them.
Still, Wylis lifted her in his arms yet again and carried her back to the ruined castle. They had already put a freshly caught game on the fire to roast.
As he walked behind Qyburn, he whispered to Lyanna. "I just felt something."
"Hm?" She looked at his face.
"As soon as we wed, I received four more years." He revealed, wanting her to feel superior to all the other women he'd pump his seed into. "It seems, trueborn children grant me five years and bastards only one year."
"Oh? That means… Just one more with me and you'll gain the lost ten years!" Lyanna asked in excitement, not even bothering to consider that Wylis might marry another woman.
He couldn't, actually, not anytime soon. Although the Northern faith didn't explicitly restrict polygamy, it was generally frowned upon, especially by the faith in the South. It used to be a thing back in the days before the Aegon's conquest when local kings existed. Now, even the Targaryen kings didn't do it. So, if Wylis wanted to do it and be accepted, he'd need to change a lot of things. Hold a lot of strength and sway so no one would dare cry about it.
"Not only that, I realized it now, I can make our trueborn children grow even stronger than what I first thought. Strong enough that no one in all of Westeros could match them, not even those I've fathered elsewhere. Magnus… he might become the greatest legend the realm has ever known.”
The more Lyanna listened to him, the more excited she felt for her son. She'd already seen how beautiful he looked. With intelligence and strength combined, there would be no match. But more than that, she started craving a daughter now just to see how beautiful she'd be.
"I want a daughter next," she declared.
Wylis chuckled and shrugged. "If the Gods will it, we'll have one."
Soon, they arrived at the ruined castle. Wylis put Lyanna down and let her feed Magnus. Qyburn went back to doing what he always did, playing with medicines. Wylis went to the fire and prepared the meat.

However, as much as he loved that bell, he hated it when it rang at unexpected times. Nothing good ever came out of that.

Wylis froze just as he was removing the cooked meat. A vein popped on his forehead, confusion dawning. Why, why such a delay? He got the notification right away when he bred Wenda, Genna, Chataya, and Rhaella. But Lyanna took so much time, and now Ashara. Heck, he didn't even cum inside Ashara the last time he met her.
Quickly, he removed the food from the fire and went to Lyanna as she was breastfeeding. He knelt in front of her and asked.
"Lyanna, when did you first know you were with child?”
She frowned, but thought about it intently. "It was… some time before I found out that you were knighted in King's Landing."
Wylis took into account that the information took time to travel. Considering that, he deemed it safe to believe that she found out about her pregnancy right when he entered the Red Keep to give the bandit heads. It was also then that he received the notification of Lyanna's pregnancy.
So it depends on the woman acknowledging it?
It was confusing to him. That idea made sense for Wenda, Chataya, and Genna since his and their intent was a babe anyway. But Rhaella, he didn't know anything about that. Why would the Queen desire to be bred anyway? It was a death sentence for her.
Yet, the theory made the most sense. It had been over a month and a half since he had bedded Ashara back in the Red Keep. By now, she had likely realized that she'd missed her moonblood, alongside other subtle symptoms.
Lyanna, a little too good at reading her husband, solemnly asked. "Who is it?"
"It wasn’t supposed to happen, Lyanna. She didn’t want this—none of us did. It’s Ashara Dayne… she’s with child." Wylis confessed, worried. "She… She might do something drastic. Like jumping off a cliff. Fuck, I must ride—now."
“Seven hells, Wylis, do you want to get yourself killed? You’re hunted. You know that. A million golden dragons is the reward on your head." Lyanna scolded him angrily. "Let me do this, Wylis. I’m not Lyanna anymore. I’m Ellyn now. A mother, a stranger. No one looks twice at a girl carrying a babe. I'll visit her and… I'll think of something."
Wylis scratched his head in frustration. He didn't want to put Laynna in unnecessary risk anymore. He wanted her to reach Old Town right away and live there till the Rebellion's end. He felt the lack of trustworthy manpower at that moment.

As for Aegon, no ill will toward a child still that young and innocent, but the secrets behind the method of forging Valyrian Steel are too good to pass up. That is a critical resource that is needed for the future war against the Night King and the white walkers, and a reward unlikely to ever be granted again for such simple conditions by the system.

So he is responsible but his hands are technically clean of the deed, even if it isn't his intention. Could have Wylis take Elia and her kids into the family after the Rebellion and Wylis becomes the father of his spoil of war’s children by adoption and by raising those kids to forsake their bloodline or value the love and teachings of the father that raised them rather than the father that sired them, the Tyrant’s Squire system could count them as pseudo-bastards or trueborn adjacent. That way could maybe satisfy the conditions for Bloodline Terminator.

4. Viserys needs to have his princely attribute removed, but I'm sure with different life experiences and proper child rearing, he could be a decent guy. He's only 6 at this point in the story, or soon to be 7. Aegon is literally a baby and was a toddler when he died so who knows how he would have turned out. I propose that from what we have seen of this system so far, there are multiple interpretations of how a Tyrant can achieve his goals. Sure bloodline extinction of a rival is one, but I say that raising the children of your enemies into fine people is it's own sort of ego death. By raising Viserys as a proper lad and maybe a vassal, the one that would have molten gold poured on him and die in a tent is dead and a new man will have taken his place. Same goes for Aegon. So while not succeeding the quest, Wylis may earn a different reward if the system recognizes that way of achieving victory. Plus Aegon is killed by Gregor in canon, so keeping him alive is another fuck you to The Mountain, which I will always support. 🐸👨🍼

Just side note, when Wylis is assigning Magnus's point he's called Marshall. Wylis has his moments of asshole behaviour and he's done a couple things that are morally dubious. Cucking people and slaying the brother of a lady (now potential future mother of his child/ren) he has some degree of care for among them. That said I don't think there's a world where the guy is going to run around killing kids at a quest prompt, let alone when I'm fairly sure valyrian forging is a skill he can barter years for, so I'm glad you've stated that's not going to be a thing. He might however deal with them at a later date if they were to place themselves against him or become evil little shits that just generally need dealing with. Just to throw out another option for later down the line. Personally I'm leaning more towards keeping them both alive (I think exploring a Viserys in this setting could be interesting and keeping both Elia's children alive in tandem with that provides more possible contenders for the throne later down the line, another entry point into Dorne and a general shifting away from canon that can occur as they grow). Well, there was no time limit set by the Bloodline Terminator quest, so I'd vote for a mix of option 1 and option 4. Leave Viserys and Aegon alive just long enough for them to grow up and rise in rebellion, then cut them down when they're grown men who've done something to deserve it. That gives Wylis the benefit of looking merciful and honorable (not to mention scoring points with Rhaella), while still eventually completing the quest. Because it's basically inevitable that they WILL rebel. Dorne will want to put Aegon on the Throne, and Viserys is still likely to grow up bitter and angry about his lot in life, even if it's not as bad as the "beggar-prince" of canon.

I think if wylis wants to have Elia and rhaella as lovers, it would be best to keep vizzy and egg alive. He can always keep them in custody or something. It's implied that Viserys could have been a decent man if it weren't for the circumstances he had. And egg, he's a baby I can't support his death. He can always get that ability another way, maybe by going to the smiths of Qohor and doing a quest in the future. (He can go to valiria and get a book or something like that).
