Glad to help. Hair can be used as a frame, especially if it moves at an angle under the chin. The effect is strongest if the hair color and skin color have contrast.

Oh that was helpful advice thanks. I will try using comically exaggerated expressions, and..maybe If i think about the movement of the hair well, wouldn't it be possible to make a frame with it?

Simplify the drawing process of the face, or simplify the details of the face? But to focus attention, without the use of shadows... normally an expression with strong emotion draws attention. Alternatively, you could draw the pose so that the face is closer than the rest of the body, or use objects to frame the face. As an example, you could draw the face emerging from the surface of the water, while the rest of the body is underwater.

How can I say it... I want to simplify the face part while focusing attention on it..?

Are you trying to accentuate the lines in the face, like cheekbones, or bridge of the nose, or lips?
