Great content here as always…as for the imperfection of the loop I’d say either it’s pause taped or it’s a sampling “mistake” which was eventually kept. As far as I know back then Tribe was using the S950 which had more than enough sampling time to properly sample the entire first two bars of Lou Reed’s song.
