One of the cops is told she was recently diagnosed with paranoid schizophrenia. This explains her manner & behavior in the cruiser exactly, while she's being questioned. The cop isn't picking up any of that & his questions feel tone deaf. It's almost as bad as the dispatch operator. This video is disturbing on so many levels! I hope people can learn from it! Thank you!
