Holiday season can be challenging for so many of us. I want you to know you are not alone and so loved.
So many things come up for me as we get closer. My anxiety, depression, and traumas come up heavy. I know these feelings can be so overwhelming and consuming. It's important to remember we are not alone in them.
I love you. This world would NOT be the same without you. Our safe space would not be the same without you. I'm so proud of you and I know you are doing the very best you can. I see that!✨

my grandpa died 3 weeks ago so I can understand your pain and this is going to be my first Christmas without him too... you are not alone to go through this

My birthday is on Christmas. This is my first Christmas since my grandmother passed in January. I've spent almost every Christmas with her so it's starting to feel weird and bring up a lot of sadness. I'm also turning 35 and freaking out about it. I have serious chronic illnesses that's preventing me from living a normal life. I'm single, lonely, and sad about it all. I feel my life is passing me bye and I'm going to be alone forever because what man wants to be with someone who's too sick to leave the house most days. I put on a very convincing "everything is fine" face but inside, I'm a wreck. It brings me comfort having this community here and it's nice to know there's others out there in a similar circumstance. Thank you mads for making these wonderful videos for us. You're so kind and have brought me much needed calmness for many many years. We'll get through these holidays guys ❤️
