Ciri, Mary Jane, and Dina have fairly realistic faces as it is. They are totally doable. It's not out of PS range to make realistic versions of them.

Well PS specializes in creating realistic faces? How would you turn fiction/cartoon into realism? There are many other modders exporting game files into hs2, which seems to be what you are looking for. :)
