Dennick is hot garbage.
Behold the Multiverse and Shark Typhoon aren't very great as a one-of.
Sea Gate Restoration and 4x Thespian's Stage are completely fine in the list and work well.
New take:
Rewind is actually pretty good and reinforces the deck's ability to play as regular UW while also being insane if you already have Lotus Field as well. This is really strong as well with the addition of 4 Thespian's Stages instead of 3. Also went back to Tamiyo and Dream Trawler in the side. Want to be bomb heavy with bombs that win the game on their own. This is why I think Dennick is much worse and doesn't merit a sideboard slot.

Maybe a third dragonlord dromoka if you really expect it but 2 seems enough
Would you make any adjustments if you expect a lot of Spirits? In 6 rounds last weekend I played Green x3 and Spirits x2. I won all those matches but it felt like I got lucky vs Spirits. Unfortunately got dunked on by Humans in T8.
