Just curious. Early access and polls .
🕑 Added 2020-07-02 23:58:13 +0000 UTCA question about early access .
Was thinking about some changes , like adding a one or two more monthly ART ( non animated ) polls instead of such a hard early access .
For some animations it takes almost a month before they are getting officially published On twitter or newgrounds. And it looks like nonsense for me because i am scrolling a twitter feed , and finding my unpublished animations there . Trust me, it hurts when you waste such amount of energy and time on animation and some one is doing this because .. he donβt care.
Soo .. i was thinking about a experimental month !
How about to make 3-4 polls this month ? At least one poll is going to be animated , 2-3 Static , just like that last Umbreon art, same quality : )
But instead of that , arts are going to be posted on public faster , like ..2-3 days of early access and thatβs all.
What do you think ? Leave a comment If there is no right answe or if you have any thoughts!

I definitely don't like that idea, not everyone is in the position to give money every month, patreon is fine as is.

I love your work and that's the reason I support you. I say do what you feel needs to be done since it's your hard work at stake here. Personally it annoys me no end when jerks like to ruin good things cuz they don't give a rats ass, but sadly there is no cure for stupid. Just know that your true fans will always have your back my friend. ππ

I don't know if you follow KennoArkkan but he uses dropbox passwords to share work with patreons and only gives access to his full archive once a patron has reached a certain $ amount of support. He seems to have had a good amount of success with this method as it helps weed out unfaithful patrons by giving him more control over how and when access to rewards are granted.

It's a shame someone is posting your art without your consent. The only thing I can do is support you as much as I can. Bring on the change, i don't mind this. I only hope that i remember to vote for butts when the option presents itself.

I wouldn't mind if you even posted things here and publicly at the exact same time. I'm here for the high res versions and polls, not early access. As far as I'm concerned, Patreon-exclusive early access to your art helps no one and hurts you, as you described, when assholes steal it and repost it.
