Amber, since you enjoyed the old man sequences, I think you'd like "Jackass Present: Bad Grandpa" (2013), which features just Johnny Knoxville, not the whole Jackass crew. The pranks aren't as extreme, and they all fit within a legitimate storyline of a grandpa and his grandson on a road trip.
