Ooof that's some brutal calculation at the end there. Tian would benefit greatly from some better qi/energy using means of healing, even if it's minor and slow, so he can provide a bit of a recovery/healing boost to people who are injured if there's time.

Hellnhavoc

how strong is he now? With all the special things is he equal to 2 levels above? Out of curiosity are we be exploring the world after this book or is the majority of the story this war? I don't mean that as a critique I was curious. Wars can last forever.

Leaf

Ah see, the heavenly realm person could easily move the wounded and be back by morning. But he won’t because he doesn’t care for their lives

João Vene

The Inner Disciple could just be a big believer in fate - if they're fated to live, they'll make it. Or, more likely, he just thinks outer sect disciples are basically mayflies. They'll die now or in a handful of decades, same difference for a guy that will live hundreds and hundreds of years.

Noah

Yeah, at minimum they should just send the two wounded people back to the Sect with one other healthy helper. The injured sister’s wound means she can’t fight, but she should be able to help carry a litter. Or the Heavenly Realm could probably fly the more injured dude back to the Sect in no time and then return for the rest of the mission. The rising number of demonic cultivators definitely feels like a result of the callousness and incompetence of Tian’s Sect.

Deathly_God

Hmm... Leave behind the wounded? Seems like a terrible idea. All so some higher realm can make himself some extra cash :/ I feel like we're headed towards the sects collapse, and that the rising of the number of heretics is in part due to sects like Tian's attitude and wastefulness.

Monus

Thanks for the chapter. I could have sworn, that Grandpa's thoughts have thus far been in cursive. Am I mistaken?
