Oh this isn’t good for Tian. My guess is pond toad doesn’t recognize his master/refuses to leave with him. Tian and Lieren aren’t moving into Voidcatchers pond he’s moving in with them.

Looks like there's still plenty of time to learn acupuncture after all, Voidcatcher. Tian might not be a disciple, but he's definitely going to get enough of Dem Good Shit showered on him for this that he's going to make his sectmaster start shitting bricks. Likely they'll even be shat uphill for the severity of this mess! Also, I'm waiting eagerly to see Rui's kickbacks here. The guy might have had some headaches in doing so, but he does mostly understand how filial piety goes both ways and should get something for it. Maybe the eventual upgraded cleaning spells :V

It would be a funny twist if the Northern Dipper means the Fortune Toad was born female in this life. That she would take a woman's form as a human. I don't want to turn it into a harem, but I think Liren's reaction/jealously would be funny. And it would even be karma in a way, for how the Fortune Toad treated beauties in a past life.

I know Tian's weapon has already been decided, written in, and is currently being edited as it comes down the pipeway, but I can't help but hope he stays with the rope dart. It would be funny if instead of finding a legendary rope dart the rope dart he used became legendary. It would also really fit with his personality. Tian is as direct as getting stabbed with a knife, yet he always comes from angles you don't expect, but still rooted in one place with logic connecting back.
