Knowing Tian, he is going to give a considerable amount of that coin to disciple frog, perpetuating the debt. Not out of sense of manipulation, but that he hates keeping money around. The fight between him and Liren over pouring money into the frog is going to be amazing.

I mean when it’s phrased like that, dog nose presided over the fall of the sect, I wouldn’t want to learn from them either. I feel like it’s not all his fault though, as blind obedience to the established methods and elders would have been ingrained into him, and the ancestors incompetence contributed.

I love Voidcatcher this arc has been amazing. I lost it when Tian informed the sect master about whom were imparting the Dao to him an Liren and Tian skipped the honorable prefix for Voidcatcher.

God I love Voidcatcher so much. Just all around a perfect character, every time he speaks I get a big grin on my face Truly Tian is blessed to be taught by such a wise and generous venerable, and hey, maybe granpa Jun can offer greater insight into whatever amazing technique that definitely won't bite Tian one day.
