that's normal with a lot of mods, because the whole neck and collar bone is usually part of the head, but to hide the neck seams he uses a collar and the collar bone and part of the neck is part of the body instead. If you want to use one of the other costumes, disable the mod.

The RE2 version on Cubebrush conflicts with the other default costumes. Claire's neck is invisible. I uninstalled all mods, verified file integrity, re-read game archives and only have this mod installed. Claire's neck is still invisible in all the other default costumes.
