*Should I make a pregnancy scene sex scene? I really want to make one, but due to the plot, It should happen in a much later process in the game.
Maybe I can make a fake one? An inflated belly scene?

In my view, the problem of pregnancy is usually the effect on story and scene. It is quite impossible to keep the integrity of the whole story if the character suddenly change their appearance.(think of it, if I wanted to continue the story, I will have to generate the pregnant image as well) The approach they took on summer time saga, is to stop the quest line until the character giving birth. But here is also another problem. if the character have given birth for the Mc, her opinion of the Mc will change, so as the storyline. So, usually, in order to keep the story stay flowing, pregnancy is the last step of the story, so not much is alter in the previous story. My current approach is to create a dream for the Mc, so the player could view the scene, and the story wouldn’t be influenced. Until I think it is the time to introduce pregnancy into the game.
